Philosophy

We believe that the world is one family and education is the right of every child of this country and any level of education should equip the student to gain fruitful employment and provide opportunities for continued education.

Nursing education must occur in a natural setting, including clinical and community setups, and education should be flexible to promote vertical and horizontal growth and mobility.

The responsibility of nurse educators lies in providing appropriate learning experiences, allowing students to explore, learn, and enjoy the learning process.

According to the Indian Nursing Council, health is a state of well-being that enables individuals to lead psychologically, socially, and economically productive lives.

Nursing plays a vital role in healthcare delivery by organizing national health goals and participating in the implementation of national health policies and programmes.

The scope of nursing practice includes promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative care across the lifespan, based on principles from physical, biological, and behavioral sciences.
